Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the ultimate destination of your image and therefore ePixome!, any licensees of our system and/or their agents cannot be held responsible for misdirected images or images that have been removed from our template system.

By using this system you are further consenting to having your photo/video taken, agreeing that you understand and accept these Terms and agree to waive any right to damages for any circumstance arising from using this system.
