My PIN doesn't appear to be part of the database
We apologize for the delay in your photo/video being available for viewing. There may be a delay in uploading of all the photos/videos from the event you attended. Please allow 24-48 hours. If it has been longer than that, please contact us using the form below with the details including your PIN and the time and place of your event and we will contact the client using our system in your particular case and try to find out the reason for the delay.
It's not me in the photo/video
We apologize for the mix-up! The photo/video-grapher may have made a sequencing error or may have accidentally issued you the wrong card. Please contact us using the form below and provide us with your PIN and a detailed description of who was in the photo/video and we'll correct the mistake.
I can't find the URL listed on the Retrieval Card instructions
Our client has likely removed the link from their site or the micro-site designed for the promotion may no longer exist. You can still retrieve your photo/video by clicking the 'My PiXo/ViXo!' button on the ePixome! homepage.
I want to purchase a print
I want to save the file to my hard drive
For a photo, you can simply left-click on the image, hold, and drag it into a folder or to your desktop. Then you can upload it to your Facebook, Flikr, TwitPic, etc. with all rights reserved.
NB - Some programs will allow you to download the original high resolution file (possibly with a frame) to obtain a larger size quality printed hardcopy.
I didn't receive the e-mail with my full-size photo/video link in it when I tried to share it.
Please check your e-mail filters and/or spam/bulk mail folders. Our system is fully automated so if you entered in a valid e-mail address, you will be sent an e-mail. The e-mail will be coming from the '@epixome.com' domain.
I want my photo/video removed from your servers/circulation
At ePixome! we respect your right to privacy and your right to your image. We appreciate you participating and having your photo/video taken, but understand that you'd like it removed from our servers. Please click the 'Remove' button in the footer links on the ePixome! homepage.
